MetaFemme

MetaFemme is a character study of a woman-car hybrid inspired by the visual language of video games and superhero franchises. The work responds to a persistent advertising grammar in which women’s bodies are positioned alongside vehicles, machines, and commodities as aesthetic endorsements, desire-proxies, objects in proximity to other objects. MetaFemme literalises this fusion and, in doing so, reclaims it.
